Is it healthy to drink a carbonated water as a substitute for ordinary water?
Query by mark lloyd b: Is it wholesome to consume a carbonated drinking water as a substitute for ordinary drinking water?
I am not a drinking water drinker. I typically like to consume anything with color and flavor (coffee, juice, tea but not soda (or soft drinks)). Given that water is extremely critical for our entire body, I’m planning to consist of carbonated drinking water (with flavors) as portion of my meal or just plain h2o substitute.

It’s fine. Carbonation is not bad for you at all. Actually, if you are in a foreign country you should choose carbonated water over still water because the carbonation helps kill the strange foreign bacteria that your body might be more susceptible to than the locals.
